Below are some pretty cool books/thinkers/makers/resources/inspirations/beautiful things about art and life that I am very grateful for. For the most part, my influence is found in queer thinking, art and music - whilst I don't think gender and sexuality defines a person, I feel very grateful to the queer ancestors who spoke up and out when so many couldn't, and queer contemporaries who continue to speak up when so many still can't. I hope that my work might be a continuation of this voice, but for now (and to buy me some more time...) I hope this list might inspire/excite/delight you too?
